Kristine A. Grega is a graduate of the Community College of Beaver County (“CCBC”) where she earned an A.A.S. in Criminal Justice, and Penn State University where she earned a B.S. in Criminal Justice. During her time at CCBC, she was a member of the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society. Kristine earned her J.D. from Duquesne University School of Law in 2016.
While attending Duquesne University School of Law, she earned the CALI award in Criminal Procedure: The Police Function. Kristine also presented an accredited CLE entitled “Exploring the Legality of DraftKings,” which focused on the legality of online sports gambling via fantasy leagues. She was also the Duquesne University School of Law student liaison with the Allegheny County Bar Association, Young Lawyer’s Division, where she attended numerous council meetings and ACBA, YLD events.
Prior to attending law school, Kristine worked for eight (8) years in the lender placed insurance industry as a Lender Service Specialist reviewing insurance policies and related documents.
Her practice focuses on litigation in the areas of third-party liability claims; including premises liability, dog bite cases, construction design/workmanship liability, motor vehicle accidents, insurance coverage disputes, subrogation matters, and dog bite cases.
Kristine joined the firm in 2014 as a law clerk.
Kristine is a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association.
